USB drivers for Galaxy Young are always bundled with Samsung KIES or MTP drivers are part of the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Unfortunately, all the new Android phones do not support mass storage anymore, or else it was so much easier to transfer files to the SD card. However, these Android devices do support MTP which allows you to add or remove files from your 8GB, 16GB or 32GB of phone storage. For transferring media content, and other files from your phone, you need to have a micro USB cable (preferably the one you got with the phone) for the phone.
Recommended:
- Download and install Samsung USB drivers first for Galaxy Young S6310!
- Connect your Galaxy Young with the computer using that USB cable.
- Now wait for the computer to recognize the device.
- Several drivers including the modem, MTP service etc. will be installed automatically.
- Once finished, you will see a new media device in My Computer. You can now transfer photos, Young, videos or any other files from and to your Galaxy Young USB memory.
