Smart Flo Ivory 2 Mi-423 is the latest budget smartphone from spice launched today in the market for Rs. 4,099/- The phone features a 4-inch capacitive touch screen display with 480 x 320 pixels resolutions. It is a Dual SIM phone with Android 4.2 Jellybean and is powered with 1 GHz dual-core processor. Spice has provided just 256Mb of RAM which is very less for a smartphone but it is still good for beginners. Users get a 3.2 Megapixel rear camera with LED Flash that captures a doable images and videos. There is also a 1.3 Megapixel front facing camera for video calling. Being a basic phone the device supports only basic connectivity options such as 2G (EDGE), Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and micro USB.
