This version is an updated version of v3.5 with few bug fixes and they are explained in change log section so previous FAQ and Flashing Tutorial of v3.5 will work on this version too. Translated rofs2 of v3.5 work on this version too so dont get confused when you try to download a translated rofs2 for v3.6 and see that its for v3.5..

Known Bugs:
  • Notification widget is not compatible with c2z4bin patch so dont report about it as its already known.
  • Nokia Ovi Store crashed while installing any app from it, reinstall Nokia store to fix this bug. Will be fixed properly in next version.
About translated rofs2 
  • Maps v3.08 is still in English.
  • Pre-installed folders are still in English, you must rename them yourselves in your own language.
Installation instructions:
  • Download my Flashing tutorial.
  • It’s better to remove everything from your Mass memory other than your personal stuff before flashing this cfw..

Delights next version is almost complete. Final testing is going on.., although only English version is ready right now and I will send the finished files to freaxs_r_us for translations but it will take time..

In the meantime I will update the Change log section as well as post a Sneak Preview of next upcoming version..

Hey friends,

As you all know that I just got my phone back from Nokia service center about a week ago and it was a faulty one with slight purple tint issue. I was in constant touch with their officials and finally they disappointed me by not providing any resolution for the said problem.

Thus I will be busy for couple of next weeks for preparing legal documents to sue them and related stuff.

News about Delight Belle v4 2




Hey friends,

Few of you reported some bugs in translated versions of Delights last update as well as some in English version like missing My Location and Places widget, well that was strange to me as the last time I flashed, these both widgets were there.

Anyways I checked the rofs2 again and surprisingly the needed files were not there, strange for me as I very well remember that I put these files in there.. Anyways, its been sorted out and most of the bugs should be fixed now though there werent any bugs in English version as nothing been reported except these two missing widgets and they have been added now in next version.

Now what about next version, well next version will be much improved with few more goodies and extra features.

I am currently working on it at the moment and everything seems to be fine right now so hopefully it will be released soon too but dont expect it too soon as its festival season here in India..

Will keep you informed..

** Since all translations are available now, there is no support for Writing language ROFS3 in this version. It was a temporary solution till all translations are available.  **

About translated rofs2 
  • Pre-installed folders are still in English, you must rename them yourselves in your own language.
  • Had to convert some English files in to Malay and Indonesian because they are not available from Nokia original firmwares so some things could still be English there.
  • All new widgets have been renamed to your languages.
  • If TTS (text to speech) is available for your language, then it is included.
  • All translated Rofs2 have English & your language.
  • All Rofs2 have the writing and keyboard files.
  • All non Latin keyboards and alphanumeric keyboards have been ported from those firmwares to this Euro Rofs.
  • Third party applications like RomPatcher+ are not translated.
  • Hungarian, Spanish & Latin American Spanish, Czech and Slovak will have a couple of widgets in English but just in the widget list, not the widget itself.
  • Some languages will have the new Gallery widget in English.
  • Maps and Store must be included by you in translated versions.

News about Delight Belle v5 1


Hey friends..

I noticed few glitches in v5.0 which have been fixed and improved, added few RAM and performance related tweaks and new email application with a new widget support. Other minor changes will soon be added to Change log.

It will still take about couple of days to publish this version though so stay tune .. Hopefully this wont be the last version for N8 users.

After this release I will be working on a C7 port of Delight Custom Firmwares to C7 users. More info will be published later about that..

Basically its a bug fix version yet with more goodies .. Few apps removed from Core like Nokia Drop, Nokia Store and Nokia Pulse to give users freedom to have more writing languages with default English ROFS2. Delight Belle v5.2 for C7 post is updated with new fixed rofs2 for English and other languages as well.

Led and flash light related bugs are fixed and all is working fine now..

About translated rofs2 
  • Pre-installed folders are still in English, you must rename them yourselves in your own language.
  • All bugs from v4.1 & v5.0 have been resolved.
  • Search widget working.
  • Notification widget working.
  • Photo & Video Editor working.
  • Had to convert some English files in to Malay and Indonesian as they are not available from Nokia original fws, so some things could still be English there)
  • New! All new widgets have been renamed to your languages.
  • If TTS (text to speech) is available for your language, then it is included.
  • All translated Rofs2 have English & your language.
  • All Rofs2 have the writing and keyboard files.
  • All non Latin keyboards and alphanumeric keyboards have been ported from those fws to this Euro Rofs.
  • Metadata editing mod translated to your language.
  • More Icons on Power Button Menu modded to your language.
  • Dictionary now with your language.
  • Third party Applications e.g. RomPatcher+ are not translated.
  • Hungarian, Spanish & Latin American Spanish, Czech and Slovak will have a couple of widgets in English, BUT just in the widget list....NOT the widget itself.
  • Some languages will have the new Gallery widget in English.
  • Maps and Store must be included by you.
  • If you are installing the "old" way, then fine else if you are installing and then using default Backup & Restore, Backup & Restore (cmd) and then Delight Resolver on a translated version, then:-  1. Flash. 2. Install Maps and Store. 3. Restore with default restore, then restore (cmd) and then resolver.

This might be the last version for Delight Belle series for N8 phones. I am going to get refund for my N8 and it wouldnt be a good idea to go for N8 again although I love it so much and it has been a great journey with it however I am planning to get Nokia 808 in future. If I get that, Delight series will be continued with Nokia 808.. 

I may work on future update releases for N8 if I will get enough beta testers for the same. I will post about that later on how it will happen. Till then you all enjoy this version of Delight Belle.

About translated rofs2
